Morning sickness can occur at any period throughout the day, even though the name labels “morning”, many women feel poorly during all hours of the day or night while they suffer through morning sickness.
A few tips to help deal with the rough days… Eat lots of smaller meals throughout the day. Make sure to eat meals that have a good amount of protein in them, this will help to keep your blood sugar levels more stable. Foods, liquids or herbal teas with ginger in them can help to relieve nausea. The most important thing to remember while feeling bad is to stay hydrated! Learn to recognize triggers and try to avoid those (smells/foods that make nausea worse) and increasing your intake of vitamin B can also help to alleviate those morning sickness symptoms.
