This holiday season, be sure to take care of YOU. Take that extra few minutes for yourself in the morning, get a latte if you really want one, just take a minute to enjoy your day and do something for yourself. In order to be there for others, we must first be there for ourselves. As the holiday season approaches, it is important for loss moms (and other family members too!) to remember to put ourselves first once and a while during this season of hustle and bustle.
Self-care. The word we all know, yet how much do we actually give ourselves? Defined by dictionary.com as, (n) the care of the self without medical or other professional consultation.
