I can’t speak for everyone but this past year was quite an eye opener for myself. With the diagnosis of Chiari Malformation I and the recovery of 2 brain surgeries, 2014 taught me a valuable lesson in learning to appreciate the smallest of things in life! Each new day of learning to deal with this rare, and for the most part, unheard of in my local area, chronic illness over the past year has helped to reinforce patience, trust, and learning to value even the tiniest glimmers of hope throughout each day….
